"Took a bit to get a reply"
Support did get back to me, but it was kinda slow. I would've liked to hear from them a little sooner...

"Setup was alright, but they showed up late"
From what I remember, the install itself went fine once they got started. The only thing that stuck with me was that the installer ran late, and the setup ended up taking longer than they originally said it would...

"Fair price for solid speed"
I’ve been using GFiber for a while now, and overall I’m happy with it. The price feels reasonable for the speeds I’m getting, and I haven’t seen any random extra fees pop up so far, which is nice. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but compared to my old provider, it feels like a better deal. I’ve had a couple little slow moments here and there, but nothing major. Has anyone else noticed that, or is it just my setup? I’d give it 4 stars.

"Glad to finally have it as an option here"
Gfiber became available in my neighborhood sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. I checked the site, and sure enough my address was covered. Finding a setup date was easy too. It feels fair that our area finally gets access like everyone else, so I’m happy to see it here

"Billing was mostly straightforward"
My bill ended up being correct, which was a relief because I usually check these things while having coffee on Sunday morning. The main charges made sense, but some of the extra fees could’ve been explained a little better. Not a huge issue, just something that would make the whole thing easier to understand.

"Router keeps acting up and seems poorly handled"
I’ve been frustrated with this router. It feels kind of cheap right out of the box, and it keeps dropping the connection more often than it should. it also looked like it had been handled carelessly before it got to me, which didn’t help my confidence in it. Not a great experience so far

"Way steadier than what I had before"
I’ve had GFiber for a little while now, and it’s been a lot better than my last internet setup. Downloads finish fast, streaming has been smooth, and my work calls don’t randomly freeze up like they used to. We’ve had a few devices going at the same time and it still holds up well. So far, I’m happy with it and don’t really have any major complaints...

"Internet has just felt really dependable"
I’ve been using GFiber for a while now, it’s just been solid in a way I really appreciate. I work from home most days, so when the internet is acting weird, I feel it immediately, and with this I mostly haven’t had to think about it.

That’s probably the best part for me. It’s just there, doing what it’s supposed to do. No weird slowdowns at night, no random drops that make me restart everything, and my video calls don’t get all choppy like they used to with my old setup.

There was one short outage at some point, but it came back quickly and didn’t turn into a whole thing. Overall, I’ve had a really good feeling about it. It’s been reliable, easy, and kind of a relief.

"Account was fine, canceling was annoying"
Managing my account was straightforward, so no complaints there. But canceling was more of a hassle than I expected and took way too many clicks. I also wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change along the way, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.
